I’m so glad I tried my local hairdressing salon, Rachael has a little gem in Finesse! Maddie does a beautiful job, I feel like I’m visiting a friend every time I get my hair done. Finesse is a lovely salon that oozes friendliness, and there’s a real camaraderie between the girls. The fact that Rachael’s prices are very reasonable is just an added bonus. I highly recommend Finesse!

I have been going to Finnesse Hair for quite a few years even before Rachel took over. I have found all the girls very sociable and professional in their manner. They are very accommodating and will do their very best to fit me in at last minute sometimes and times to suit me. The team are very friendly and at the same time make you feel special by remembering who you are. I enjoy going as I know I will not be disappointed. If I need a change they are happy to discuss options and give honest opinions. Rachel has trained and kept a good team.

Had a great experience here. Rachel and Chanellle went out of their way to make sure I was happy. They genuinely care about what you would like and discuss with you, you really feel heard and valued. I even burnt my tongue on hot tea and they immediately gave me ice cold water and checked on me to see how I was feeling. Prices are reasonable too! Thankyou to Rachel and Chanelle:)

I’ve always received quality, friendly service from the capable team at Finnesse Hair.The owner Rachael takes the time to discuss my preferences and diagnose my hair’s changing needs.She is a talented stylist and colourist and her expert smooth, bouncy blow-dry lasts me almost a week.Amazing range of organic, Australian products to keep my long hair shiny and healthy. Home maintenance packs are tailor made to keep my locks looking great between visits and I receive lots of compliments about my vibrant colour.I also have my eyebrows shaped and tinted during my service by Jorgia ,who does a brilliant job.Throw in free wi-fi, range of refreshments provided, easy parking, loyalty bonuses and relaxing head massages there’s a lot to be happy about!Very happy client!

I had been looking for a really good stylist for some time. A friend introduced me to Rachael and Im forever grateful. I travel from Newcastle (at least two hours) just to get my hair done. The salon is lovely, the staff are wonderful, I can't stress that enough. Oh and by the way, the prices are very reasonable. Cannot promote this salon more, I love it.
