The food looks lovely but the customer service is certainly lacking. After visiting today I accidentally spilt my $6 milkshake on my friends new iPhone and all over my keys and bag (but not on the floor) I would like to tell the waitress it was an accident. We didn't appreciate her attitude and I had to go to the outside toilet to dampen some hand towel to try and clean the phone, keys etc. She was rude and made us feel very uncomfortable. I wasn't offered another milkshake or a drink of water for that matter. We were the only people in the shop but decided to leave and we won't be back.

The food tastes homecooked, but in a good way - the tasty, caring and nutritious way. Its the kind of place that you can buy a slab of duck lasagne using high quality ingrediants for $10 (add a side salad & it will be $15), without the usual pretentiousness because it uses 'fancy' meat like duck. The menu ranges daily, but features well seasoned favorites like Chicken pies, casseroles, meatballs, roast veggie salads & echiladas. The decor is outdated, the shopping centre a bit drab, but the food it worth it in this hidden gem.
