Alex and his team were fantastic!!They worked tirelessly to get our pool done and on time. We wanted a concrete pool ASAP and it was delivered in 5 weeks from start to finish as promised by Alex.We are extremely happy with the quality of products used throughout the build but also Alex's knowledge and input into the final finishing touches that gave it the wow factor.He also did quite a bit of extra work for us at no cost which we really appreciate.Thanks again.Andrew

Alex went above and beyond to finish my pool, having taken it over half way through a build with another company. It was a nightmare job for anyone but he took it on and finished with professionalism and good humour. He kept me well informed and always turned up. By the time he took it over, his enthusiasm was greater than mine. He came up with some fantastic ideas which made the end product better than it would have been without him.

Alex and his team were awesome. My pool is amazing and I couldn't be happier. My property was a difficult install but they were able to get it done on time and on budget. They cleaned up so well after the job you wouldn't know they were here. Thanks guys.

Shocking experience had with Alexander Hermes and his team. Not one job in the yard completed properly. Fences installed and damaged in the process. Gate not compliant to pool safety regulations. Retaining walls falling over. Pool daisy cover that cannot function as the pool cover doesn't fit in the space that was built. Turf and plants that we had to plant and lay ourselves. Rubish left on site. Damage to our concrete driveway. Work paid for that was not even started.

After talking to several pool builders we went with Alex and his team because he understood the vision for our pool and landscaping project and could manage it all for us. Alex took the time to understand our budget and worked with us as we came up with new ideas.From the start he kept us informed and talked us through the process every step of the way and was first to point out anything that wasn't to his high standards before we even realised it.Alex and the team have an eye for style and a desire to deliver the spectacular. The finished product is better than we could have envisioned and we couldn't be happier.
