This company is not even worth one star. We had Tv on Sunday night it is now Friday Night And we still have no TV. I have contacted them through web form and through my internet provide as they used to be e-wire. they say they will contact them and someone will call. No one has. This is poor service. next stop consumer protection on Monday

Useless, have TV outage in my area. All I wanted is someone to answer the phone to tell me if there is an outage in my area and the ETA. I'm a technician so know they have a problem, terrible company. Going to bypass their cable TV and stick an aerial on my roof, at least I'm in control then and don't have to rely on such an inept company.

When you buying or renting a house, take this factor into account,Who provide infrastructure to the area, if you see these guys listed,Avoid it!As if these guys listed your internet options are limited! VERY LIMITED.And you will not get a better package. And all these slow speed internet connections they offermatches the unlimited NBN offered by other providers.

LBNCo was a bit slow to connect our house up (took about one and a half weeks) but the technician 'Sam' did a very neat job and was very helpful to get us set up. The line seems to be good as well as we are getting very close to our contracted internet speeds with our internet provider. Thanks 'Sam' for doing a great job.

I am only giving them one star because I cannot give them minus stars, our television reception has been down for two weeks now. Called them four times and I was told that the technician is going out to fix the problem. Still no service.

I have LBN cable TV. Have reported faults several times over the last month on their TV suplort page. No acknowledgement received and can find no other way to contact them. Beware.

We have been connected to LBNco for 4 years now, and the first couple of years were great. The last 2, absolutely terrible. The whole estate has complained, but we're constantly ignored. They blame the provider, the provider blames them. Can't even watch tv most nights.

Moved into a building without knowledge that LBNco was the infrastructure and that their internet services (fuse net) was the only provider we could go with. Working in the telco industry we were obviously disappointed to downgrade substantially in both speed but customer service too. Dodgy terms and conditions even when you pay extra for a casual option, slow speeds, constant drop outs. It’s comparable to 1997 dial up. Customer service from both the over the phone reps and their supervisors is appalling and unacceptable. Glad to be moving house this weekend and going back to a company that can meet customers needs.

Apparently this company has take over the service (laughable) for TV in our Estate. Multiple people in our area have reported faults (intermittent TV reception) with no response. We, personally, have spent hours “on hold” to be told to “re-tune the TV”. They obviously have zero desire to provide any form of customer service or support.
