I bought a TV on Black Friday sale, it had a blue line down the screen. Phoned Greg and he organised for it to be picked up replaced. Very good customer service and awesome communication. I didn’t have to stress. I am so pleased with the outcome and product.

Excellent service. The store is not able to show its entire range of products as the location is an inner city site thus strapped for space. It does however make up for this with excellent trends analysis seeming to always have the hot items stocked.

The woman who helped with our mattress was rude and wouldn't apologize or admit a mistake regarding the mattress that was delivered. They charged $150 to deliver the right one. The right one is still nowhere close to a plush mattress in spite of the price tag. I will never buy from them again.

I have been given a computer that wasn't packaged up properly and refused help when I have told Jai the Manager that I noticed it overheats. I have asked 3 times for help since I purchased the MacBook Pro but Jai doesn't seem to care and has not been helpful at all in this situation. Very dissapointed by his serious lack of customer service skills as a Manager of such a large and successful store. I find the service there is always lacking care for the customer. Sales with no follow up.

I have a Samsung watch that got bricked" by an update from Samsung so because it was still under warranty I took it back to Harvey Norman where I purchased it.It's been nearly 2 months now and still no watch

Had a warranty claim with Harvey Norman and it was a refreashing to have absolutely no issues at all, easy process from the start, thanks to Casey, obviously very good at what he does, great customer service, attentive and he listened to me. The phone staff from Customer Care were brilliant and finally to James, who was very knowledgeable and lovely and found me the best replacement. Great customer service all round, very happy. Thanks

Thanks to David for his incredible persistence in sorting out my one year old espresso machine issues. He continued to help me after a young woman who decided it was all too hard dusted her hands of me. He truly is the expert! And whilst David was helping sort it out I looked around and decided to buy a new dishwasher while I was there - if I hadn’t had the help I would have left earlier! Thanks again David.

Why buy anywhere else? Have been a customer for 15 years, guys never failed to give us great prices and service. Last December our 15 month old fridge failed a week before Christmas, our major repairer in Noosa closed down for Christmas without having emergency technicians on call. ( We live in a tourist town!!!) It was the Noosa store of Harvey Norman that offered a loan fridge to save Christmas! Not the manufacturer or the local repair guys!On top of that the service was free of charge! Our business will continue to go to Harvey Norman Noosa.Thanks guys!Jo / Osco
