I usually struggle to find the time to write reviews but this company is so good that I thought I'd make the time. Their prices (for the equipment I hire anyway) are cheaper than the rest. The quality of the equipment is better and the service is very friendly. Simply can't fault them

These people are criminals. They provide dodgy equipment then try to charge you for damages when you return it. They let equipment go knowing full well it's not working properly and if you try to debate this they will break into your car and stealing item's from it to hold you ransom to pay whatever amount extra they think you owe. I have criminal charges being pressed against them from my last encounter with them. Cheap and nasty criminals. Do not ever go through r&r hire services unless you want equipment that doesn't work and a bill that is enormous.

Hired a stump grinder from these Guys and did the job well.... Very happy.

Please don't trust this company as when the going gets tough they won't help.Firstly they double booked the equipment I wanted to hire with no apology. Then the equipment broke down and they wouldn't send anyone to fix it.Also charged me 80% of the full day hire for less than half a day and now my client and business are at a loss.Seems others have had the same fate

Been using R&R for a little over five years. Hired a lot from a trestle to an excavator or a bobcat. Fair on price and delivery is fairly priced too. Always been happy with service and, fingers crossed, haven't had a bad experience with the equipment yet. Much better than the chain hire shops.

Great staff great service every thing you need to hire from party to weddings to equipment hire

Do yourself a favour and never ever hire off this mob! Don't even take a second to consider giving these guys a chance, even in desperate times.We hired a cherry picker and picked up the night before the job. We took the cherry picker to the clients house, used it for an hour and it failed while fully extended. We contacted rnr hire to let them know what happened and they proceeded to tell us that its time out of there yard and its our problem. They then told us to give them them the address and they will get someone out the next day but but will still be charging us for full price. We proceeded to look at the batteries to check for charge where we found 4 batteries with not a drop of acid or distellid water in it. We contact rnr hire and they told us thT it is what it is and there is nothing they will do for us accept pick it up and charge us full price.Despite taking photos and presenting it to the employee he's continues to tell us that there is nothing they are going to do and sent us on our way.Please consider hiring off someone else or read the review and decide for your self.
