I absolutely love FS8 Noosa! I look forward to going to every class and leave feeling energised, strong and toned. The trainers are so welcoming and inclusive that I always feel comfortable to train at my level and then push myself to achieve more. Love it!

FS8 Noosa is the kickstart to my day, and dare I say, better than your first coffee kick! It's my happy place and exactly the community I want to belong to. The studio is fully equipped and maintained to high standards, whilst the beautiful change room area emanates a calming vibe. Pilates/Yoga and energy workouts are on offer and varied daily. The instructors are super experienced, genuine and just downright lovely gals, always working the room critiquing your form to train you at your best. I cannot recommend FS8 highly enough, it is the bomb diggity.

Thanks to the fun, friendly and very creative team at FS8 Noosa, I am fitter, faster, stronger and healthier than ever. The classes are challenging but the vibes are high, the trainers are pretty cool too!Dont forget your grip socks!

Bianca and the team at FS8 Noosa have created a welcoming studio that has a supportive community feel. FS8 is a wonderful mix of reformer pilates, full-body toning, strength, flexibility, mobility, yoga and balance. The instructors help modify the exercises whether you are starting out with your fitness journey or are looking to move to the next level. All of the instructors are encouraging and make sure that you follow proper technique. I’d highly recommend that you try out FS8 Noosa – you won’t be disappointed!

FS8 has truly been a game changer for me exercise-wise. After having kids and my body changing and injuries creeping in, I was looking for something that gave me results and tone without the super high intensity. The classes at FS8 provide a fantastic variety, working the whole body and getting everything moving. Also, the classes are really fun, the trainers are fabulous and it’s a warm, welcoming studio. I highly recommend it, do yourself a favour and book a class!

The girls at fs8 are amazing. They really pump you up so you can smash it out. I’ve cancelled all my other gym memberships because this is so fun and I can see results already ❤️
