We had 3 companies come to our home in regards to Plantation Shutters to show us there products and provide quotes. Mark came to our home and was not only genuine in the trust and guarantee of his product but also took the time to go through any questions or concerns we had in regards to the installation and warranty of the Plantation Shutters.Twelve shutters later and all installed, we are more than impressed with the look and quality of the shutters and would recommend Brisbane Shutters to anyone that are looking for a genuine company not trying to feed you all the talk just to get you to purchase there products, you need to give these guys a call. Highly recommended.

I had Mark take the time to educate me, on the difference between all the types of Plantation Shutter materials available. It was this and the reviews that helped me decide to go with Brisbane Shutters. The measure and installation crew used, were also efficient and excellent to deal with. Mark and the team at Brisbane Shutters are professional and easy to deal with. After obtaining a number of quotes, we decided on Brisbane Shutters due to the quality and competitive price. Knowing your shutters are made with good, solid materials that suit the Queensland humidity was important to us. Mark is upfront with how long it takes for shutters to be made - they are custom made to order so expect 8-10 weeks. However, it's well worth the wait! We had four shutters installed in our new baby's nursery and there are two still coming for our bedroom (we added to the order a few weeks later so they are still to arrive). The team were even able to install the four shutters a few days earlier than originally planned to fit in with baby's arrival (so thoughtful). We've now ordered another four shutters for the lounge room and other bedroom - repeat customers already! Looking forward to our next order arriving in a few months time. Installed in January, we couldn't be happier.May 19 - edited to add, our final lot of shutters have just been in installed! We can't get enough of them! Communication was great, they were very responsive and handled any questions I had. We used Brisbane Shutters for 4 large internal windows in our living room/kitchen (pictured). It took about 11wks but was worth the wait, and we are thrilled with how they look and are keen to get more installed. They seem to be one of the only companies who offer aluminum for internal window shutters but we are so glad we went with this option. They look strong and great quality and I can believe they will last the 20+ years promised. We also appreciated Mark’s experience and expertise and the time he took to explain everything to us.

We're very happy with our timber shutters from Brisbane Shutters. They look great and feel like a quality product. Installation was simple and quick. Takes a while to get them manufactured but they are custom made for the windows, and they are up front about how long the process takes. These block out a lot of light and enable a nice airflow into the home, our house is noticeably cooler with them installed. Thank you!

Our overall experience dealing with Brisbane Shutters has been great and we are very happy with our shutters. Mark came to us in November to give us a quote. He was very personable and showed his experience as we discussed shutter options. We were also pretty happy with the price that Mark offered us. Adrian installed the shutters in January and was able to install all 11 shutters on the day without any major issues. We are still following up on a couple of defects with Brisbane Shutters, but overall the shutters look fantastic and much better than our ageing curtains. Thanks guys.
