Terrible experience. Went there on standard weekend and the mention the do not accept entertainment book voucher after I ordered. The name did not change and they still do not accept. Entertainment book u should take this out your voucher it's false advertising

The food was average and below. The woman who served us was extremely rude on more than one occasion. The salad bar was disgusting. If people genuinely think this place has good food hhen they need to get out more. Over cooked and dry.

Took a friend out for lunch . Have not visited for a while , glad I booked as it was very busy . We both enjoyed our meals - Salmon w Asparagus & S&P squid. Lovely service esp from wait staff on the day . Would dine again. No pics this time

Very pleasant lunch was shared here. We didn't book so where lucky to get a small table, as the place was very busy. Staff where friendly and helpful, and prices where good, with the only small suggestion I'd have being that people should perhaps be greeted and seated a bit more efficiently. We kind of milled around, not knowing quite what to do until a helpful passing member of staff sorted out a table for us and dug up some menues. Its a minor hiccup in an otherwise very enjoyable experience. We'll go back....soon!

Caught up with a friend for lunch today at the Grand North bistro on Grand Junction Road ,Northfield. Pleasantly surprised I had a porterhouse steak 200gm for $20, great flavour with pepper corn sauce. The chef wasvery personable with a fun sense of humour. David Wilcox is the head chef, classic, simple, delicious food. I highly recommend for fresh food . They are still offering self selection fresh vegetables and salads a hidden gem.

There's something wrong at the grand north we went yesterday and the food was over cooked and dry. I have loved coming here in the past however unless the management actually start reading the reviews they will never know how bad things are . I will now wait and watch the reviews as they come in for a while and maybe return when things change for the better as they used to be. I have read a few reviews going back 2-3 months this morning after our visit and those reviews are Not Good sorry grand north just not up to scratch ☹️☹️☹️☹️

First time dining at the Grand North. Fillet mignon was cooked to perfection. As was the Salmon. Butter melted over the veg which was a great touch. Chef has some skill. Staff very friendly also. Highly recommended.
