If I could give 0 stars I would.Delivered wrong size windows in January because they assumed my house is new build.It took more than 2 months to get a response what they are going to do about it... of course they did nothing about it... in the end we decided to install the windows as they were sitting in front of our garage. Had to cut brick as some of the windows were too big.Now have to paint and repair plaster and also tiles in our newly renovated bathroom were damaged as the bathroom window were too big. Painting quotes we were given are anywhere between $5500.00 to $7000.00.The worst part is that we contacted the office to discuss a missing panel on one of the windows on 24th April and they advised us that this is intentional as the window was too big and that they might be able to send someone to do the glazing on 15th May but after sending the email to request it and calling the office 4 times the date is still not confirmed.Apparently it is ok for someone to live without a window during the heating season and also having no window is no a safety issue. I will have to go to court if I have a break in as my home and content insurance is not going to cover me if I have a massive window missing.Fly screens also had to be requested but are yet to be delivered and also no ETS on arrival.Keys were requested but after hearing nothing back from the office for a week decided to contact the builder that apparently had the keys in the office.My advice to future customers is to stay away from this company....

Most horrible supplier. Absolutely unprofessional and do not know what they doing. I cannot get lock from them for more than 2 weeks. They claims that they manufactures, but it strongly appears to me that they just resellers and all manufacturing happens in China. I was unfortunate enough pick builder that use only them. So my advise not just skip them for buying anything from them, but also give builder that use only them a flick. Personally I totally p!$$ed by them. And you was warned.

I have no idea how this company operates. Trying to get a door fixed and making an appointment is impossible. Either no one turns up, or if I try to confirm an appointment no one knows anything and nothing is booked.Excuses are: I am new, not my job, can't make a booking, only can come on a day no one is home (I am not home 2 days a week) I spent hours on the phone. That office is so hopeless and no one seems to be in charge!!!!!I get no support from Latitude 37 (our builder) either. Their contractors damaged the door and they confirmed that it needs to be rectified.This is so annoying!!!!!!!!

A&L installed double glazed windows, one sliding door and one six frame stacker door in our new house. A&L were chosen as our builder already had a relationship with them.From the very start they have a lot they need to improve on. When we went into the showroom to choose the styles etc we were very much treated as if they already had the contract and as such we were second class customers, nothing more than a distraction for them. During this meeting we were shown products that we were supposed to be getting, however we ended up with different items, specifically the window winder handles we were shown were able to be folded back, we were supplied with cannot.The windows were delivered in time and installed by the builder, with the exception of the stacker door that was installed by A&L.When the build was completed A&L were contacted on the 4th of December to return to install the fly screens and the installation took place on the 7th of January. We were ok with that time line as it was over Christmas and all.However, on the first installation date the installer did not bring all the required items to complete the job, I was told by the installer that the company would be in contact in a couple of days to arrange another time to come out. After two weeks of no contact, I called the office to be told that they lost the paper work, the item they forgot was my fault, I was the lowest priority and they would return in a couple of months.So they come back in March and once again didn't bring the piece they needed and went away again, job still not finished.After many many phone calls to the office to various people, none of whom cared the installation was finished in April. Five months later than organised.As for the actual product itself, the windows (with the exception of the incorrect window winders) are ok. The doors and fly screens on the other hand continue to disappoint. After less than a month of use, the paint on the door tracks has been worn off by the door and the powder coat finish has flaked off, making our very expensive door look like cheap china rubbish. A&Ls fix to this problem is to spray some touch up paint on the area, a fix that lasts a week at best.A&L are aware of the problem with their product and don't care. A direct quote from on of their 'customer service' people:...we're aware of the problems with those doors and there's nothing we can really do about it - the tracks just aren't really designed for the weight of the doors

Good windows, good pricing, but incredibly bad service. 5 years ago they used to be great at scheduling and service, this is now gone.Can't be bothered explaining the experience, but now it is twice in 3 months. No one wants to pick up a phone, return an email or take responsibility .Not even their sales team answer phones or return messages. Wow .

I can bend and break the frame from the outside if I wanted to.can't talk to anyone directly as they refer me back to my builder. poor accountability.judging by these past reviews.. looks like I won't be getting a positive outcome."

Pathetic, atrocious, disgusting and shameful. These are some of the words that come to mind when dealing with A & L Windows. How they are still in business, is well beyond my knowledge. Approximately 6 months and STILL we have yet to receive our complete $2500 order. Multiple times they've attended without notifying us , multiple times attending without the complete and correct order, multiple phone calls and messages left without being returned.No accountability!! Even their contractors can't believe the operation run.The only person I feel for, is the person who has to answer the phone.

Unfortunately I have to give one star. It should be zero star. This is the worst company to deal with. We should form a group and take them to court .My new home built by Orbit homes who uses A & L windows . We settled on the property in mid January 2019.One of the flyscreens does not fit. Two guys were sent to take measurement on 20/2/19. I was given scheduled day of 26/2/19 to get new screen fitted. I waited at the property and called the company. No answer and no return call to me. Igot call on 27/2/19 that someone is coming to fit the new screen. New scree did not fit. I received another call today, 1/3/19 scheduling screen to be fixed on 12/3/19. I am not available on that day.A & L windows will now have to work around me and my time.Will take Orbit homes to task to fix this company.My story is no different to all the reviews I have read.This company should face music in court. They are worst of the worst company to deal with.Evangeline

Been trying to get keys to my property. Every time you call them they put you through to someones voicemail. Leave voicemail and no one calls back. Visit them at the showroom no one knows anything about your property keys and asks you to email something as the person in charge" is not there. Absolutely Hopeless and inefficient is an understatement. Never deal with them!!!!"

By far the most inefficiently run business in Australia. We have worked with them for the last few years and their service has increasingly got worse and worse . They loose windows, fail to produce the orders, when it arrives on site it does not fit, service calls don't happen. It s in shambles. We have so few Australian businesses left because we are not efficient. Come on guys lift your game. We have to do it for the country.
