The team at Alta have supported my 14 year old throughout Covid and beyond.He suffered with every growing pain there was and the guys were able to keep him fit whilst not making the injuries worse.The regime he was on seen him build muscle mass to them apply this new found power to running, stopping, turning and jumping, all key to his chosen sport football.The guys there all made him feel special every time he went, so that he looked forward to being put through his paces.Tim, the owner is a first class guy and has supported some of my son’s team mates who are in regional NSW with tailor made packages.A must for any aspiring footballer!!!

Tim, Lachie and Jarrod from Alta Athletic are amazing and can't recommend them highly enough. Matt loves going to training and is always keen to win the megs challenge with Tim (Tim usually wins).The team organised a specialised training program to help Matt get selected for NPL soccer. Tim and the team at Alta Athletic are fantastic. My son has been training with them for several years now and the tailored approach to individual athlete development really does produce a result.Sessions are always engaging. Kids aren't just told what to do. They are taught how and why. And as a direct result my sons decision making, touch and anticipation in games has improved. He also understands that it's a process of continual improvement and is enjoying the process. He just loves being down there training in the environment Alta Athletic provide.All the staff are great to deal with, respectful, hard-working and genuinely care about the development of their clients. Highly recommend Alta Athletic. Tim, Jarrod and Lachie have worked with my daughter and son over the last 18 months.
