Hali Rugs Sydney

We have just bought our third and fourth rug from Hali, 7 years since our first purchase, and the customer service from Roberto hasn't changed one bit from our first excellent experience with him. Same honesty, product knowledge and genuine care that you make the right decision, even if that is not to purchase at all.Rugs one and two have just come back from cleaning using Roberto's recommended provider and they look as good as new. Couldn't be happier. There will be cheaper alternatives out there but you would have to go far to beat the quality and care you get at Hali.

I will not repeat all that has already been written about Roberto at Hali Rugs other than to say it is true. When one reads reviews" there is always an underlying feeling of discomfort and distrust in our "likes driven" world. Roberto is personable

We recently needed to purchase rugs for our home, after having the interior re-painted. Our daughter-in-law recommended Hali Rugs at Waterloo. Given that I am not very decisive, I headed off with some trepidation. I need not have been concerned. On the first visit, armed with photos of our rooms and measurements, I encountered Roberto who could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable or accommodating. He assured me that we could take rugs home to see them in-situ. A couple of days later I returned, this time with my husband. On this occasion, Nick helped us and he too was just as amazing, making the whole process a joy. He was helpful and obliging. We headed off with 5 rugs - the large one as pictured, two runners and two for a smaller room. We purchased the large rug as shown, one hall runner and one smaller rug. All are lovely, but the large rug is simply beautiful, we can't believe the change to the room and we know we will just love the rug for years to come. A huge thank you to Nick and Roberto, for making what could have been a bit of an angst filled process, so fun and enjoyable. We will tell anyone who listens and even those who don't, that if they need beautiful rugs and exemplary, friendly assistance, Hali is the place to go!!

I’m loving my beautiful bold new rug from Hali and I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible service I received at the Danks St store. Roberto was so kind, patient and incredibly accommodating while i made my painstaking decision. He guided me through with his knowledge and experience but never pushed his opinion onto me. I highly recommend and look forward to purchasing another rug in the future.

I have just purchased a stunning nouveau carpet, 100% NZ wool, hand knotted. Roberto was very helpful and friendly in the store and has provided great customer service. Clem did a mighty job delivering a very large carpet, arranging and rearranging both the carpet and the furniture and staying cheerful throughout. Thanks guys.

WOW. Fun experience finally in buying a rug.. Choices are endless but Roberto and the gang have found a way to simplify the decision by bringing the rugs to you !. In situ! Shopping is a delight.. would highly recommend.

This wasn't our first purchase at Hali rugs on Danks St and won't be our last I'm sure. Nick and Roberto are very accommodating and helpful. Taking home sample pieces and even try out rugs at home is super helpful to make sure it fits and works well in the space.
