TeamMoto Keilor Park

Purchased a used bike through the guys at team motto, salesman I dealt with was great but that's about it. The bike came with a rwc through team motto how ever it was obvious nothing was actually checked. On the initial road test we mentioned the rear brake felt like it did nothing, we were assured this would get fixed during the road worthy procedure. It was not.The rear brake was literally doing nothing, I've since fixed this with a brake fluid flush (there was plenty air in the system).The throttle had nearly 10mm of play in it which was not adjusted pre sale (I had to fix this) and lastly when picking up th bike the mirrors were loose and flapping in the wind, the bolts that hold fairings were left loose and literally fell out during hand over and the tyre pressures were low.I'm glad I had a good salesman there because that's the only saving grace for this place. I would not bring my bike here for any kind of servicing.

Purchased a bike over 12 months ago(iam interstate) and it arrived with a whole list of undisclosed issues.Got ignored repeatedly about them and all communication with Keilor Park was poor at best.Got it delivered to one of the QLD dealers in February 2022, it's still there in December and still has not had all the issues rectified.Worst purchase I've ever made is from this dealership and will Never purchase from the teammoto group again.

I have bought three bikes from these guys over the years.The staff appear to know little about the bikes that they sell, and the bikes have never been cleaned, serviced, or in any way maintained prior to pickup. But what are you gonna do? When you find a specific bike, you buy it.Last week I purchased a bike from a Teammoto in another state, and they assured me at the time that I could get a Victorian roadworthy at teammoto keilor as part of the purchase price.I call this afternoon to book the bike in and they tell me to take a hike. No attempt at trying to accommodate. Not even an apology.The MCAS in the same building is fine for gear. Teammoto is terrible and I will never shop with them again.
