To the lady with with long brown hair with a foreign accent, you are a disgrace to this business. The level of rudeness displayed in front of my small childen was an embarrassment. If I was the owner of this business I would be very wary of the staff you hire that is driving business away. A little smile & kindness goes a long way

The Noosa Chocolate Factory is a short drive away from Noosa hidden among many small businesses in Noosaville.Opened in 2009, they make exceptional chocolate which can be purchased in many shapes/forms. For those of us in love with high quality dark chocolate with 70-85% cocoa content, there is a large selection of bars with variety of mixed in ingredients from the usual sea salt, almond mixes to dark cherry and more unique creations.Definitely worth the drive. Their chocolate drinks are delicious. Don't bring children unless you are ready to take home a few bags of goodies.

Omg this is just heaven and must do for the chocolate lover.Prices are great chocolate is to die for especially if you love dark chocolate like I do. Samples are delicious and customer service was great

I strong recommend you stay away from this establishment because once you try it you will develop an addiction. I am now putting my house on the market to ensure i get my next chocolate hit. Be warned. Its that good.

I liked visiting the factory. On the Saturday I went there wasn't anything happening in the production room but it was still good to see. Too many yummy chocolates to choose from, I like that they have a half block option for most of their range. I especially enjoyed their honeycombs.

Spent over $100 here whilst waiting for our coffees poured a water at the water station. The moment I set my cup down a very rude woman came running over aggressively wiping down water station and took my cup away while giving me a little tight smile as if to say F off. Will never ever ever give this business another dollar. She then came over to the front counter and in a thick accent said to the other staff girls drink more water in a mocking tone. Honestly was in shock. Shock.

Visited the chocolate factory twice during our time in Noosa, picked up some delicious iced chocolates and snacks for the road the first visit and made sure we went back to pick up some gifts for family. Excellent chocolates and vegan range. Staff were friendly and helpful in picking chocolates.
