Brows Threading

Lashes started falling out not even 4 hours after service was done. My right eye is all crunchy and painful. Glue clumps everywhere. Can see how crooked and gappy eyelashes are. For $120 for natural lash honestly would think it would be better quality.Also no after-care or advice regarding service even though stated first timeDon't recommend unless you want crunchy lashes

I usually doy eyebrows and lashes there, my unty had hr eyebrows tatooedStaffs are so friendy and professionalStrongly recommended

Eyes lashes falling in 4 hour , one by one .last visit i seen price changed but service greedy & dodgy .I asked Brazilian eye lashes but she done classic without letting me know . . She ask me to lay on bed and coming back but didn’t return and I checked she doing someone nail . I came out and ask was i done ? She said yes all done and took money, but she could tell me without kept me waiting in room for that long .

Very poor eyebrow shaping skills. Every time I go a new person will Serivce and my eyebrow shape got bad to worse.

Not consistent, lack of asking what customer wants/likes & rushed service for the price. I have been using this salon for years but my last 3 sessions have been disappointing. There is no consistency in the brow shape given. My last tint was uneven & today my threading pretty much destroyed my eyebrows which took me years to get thick, today they are thin & uneven, even the spacing between my eyes is uneven one longer, one shorter. The lady asked it if it was ok...of course I'm going to say yes just to get out of there.I ended up going to another place and had them fixed. I'm annoyed that I invested in the 10pack as if I don't use it, there is no refund and it will be a waste of money....I have 4 more sessions left at this place so wish me luck! Hopefully I can come back and improve my review.Recommended steps for salon.1. Ask what the customer wants2. Ask the customer about the shape they want to achieve.3. If tinting ask the customer what colour and what shape for the tint.4. Ask the customer if they have any concerns about their brows before starting ( maybe they are trying to thicken them but need a slight shaping, maybe they have 2 different eyebrows they want to even or sections where hair does not grow)5. Understand your customers needs first before working on them6. If you don't understand get another person to translate.7. You are a salon specialising in brows, do your best to be the best.. not just a job rushing people on and out.
