Terrible customer service, they don't know how to read plans or understand instructions and when wrong order was given theh changed there stories so many times and blamed I ordered it wrong , when proven with the invoice they blamed the standards are different, simply wont refund or exchange, also check the products as they will blame you for damages that were wrapped in plastic and u wont know till u open it on job, so very dodgy and rude owner.Gonna get fair trading involved.

I bought 10mm twin wall Polly roof sheets and got them delivered and I was not there for delivery but 2 sheets were damaged I went in to tell them they were damaged and would not take responsibility and started to argue and say it was the driver the driver works for you I said then they said I damaged them do no buy from this company I found an Australian made company and cheaper better quality product not cheap product from China they are rude and very aggressive people 0 star rating

I ordered product according to their samples in the show room nut they sent different product. When I rang their staff regarding the mistake, they found every excuse to blame customers. This is the second time they made silly mistake and I will never go back again!!

This is a very bad company and service, and the employee and owner are very rude! Ordered the goods under their misleading circumstances, I found the wrong shape color bond when I picked up, they blamed me and said it was your decision. Very rubbish company, I hope you choose it carefully！

I used big hand twice will never use them again . Price is RIP OFF , owners are very very rude .Insulated panels are the worse panels , the materials are bad & they blame you for the way you install.Insulated panels are all damaged & have dents & uneven surface .PRICE IS RIP OFF & WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER .

Terrible customer service. I ordered an awning and had so many color damages . When I asked for refund or exchange they brought up so many excuses. They said you probably left it outside under the sun and wet area. My answer was this is an colorbond awning and meant to be installed in outdoor area! Anyway Stay away from this company if you want good quality products and services.

This company is getting a 1 star due to the fact i can't give a negative 5 star review, after paying a few hundred dollar delivery I'm was expected to do the work for them an unload it on my own while the owner stood there looking around lost! when he was also confronted about damaged panels the owner stood there trying to say other wise! WE AREN'T BLIND CHAMP! do your self a massive favour do not spend a single cent with these guys, i think A Current Affair should defiantly pay this company a visit and watch then run like a cockroach when a light is switched on.
