Since we moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2021, Peddlar have serviced our road and gravel bikes and provided our cycling and ocean swimming equipment. Ailee and Ben, the owners and operators, offer personal and professional customer service, always going the extra mile. Highly recommend them for all cycling, ocean swimming and triathlon equipment.

The bike our guests use at our accommodation got the chain badly stuck. We attempted the fix ourselves and almost nearly threw the bike away! We decided to drop into the Peddlar shop and we are so glad we did! Ben and Ailie went out of their way to fix the problem and even performed an additional tune and gear alteration to ensure our guests won't get stranded again! All for an amazing price too! We will definitely be back and highly recommend these guys for repairs or new bike (their showroom is huge!) .

Purchased a bike from here and recently needed it repaired under warranty. It required a part. Nearly 4 weeks later and minimal communication, apparently they still can’t get the part. Contacted another repairer for a second opinion. 24 hours later, we have our bike back and repaired from the second shop. Do not recommend for after sale service or honouring warranties.Thank you for your response. The other shop did not have the part in stock- they had to source it too and they did. I feel you didn’t want to honour the warranty which is not ok and people should be aware.

We bought a mountain bike and e-bike from the team at Peddlar. Friendly and knowledgeable service and also fantastic follow up bike servicing. Couldn’t recommend high enough, a great family owned local business. Will definitely buy from them again and continue to use them for bike servicing.

Visiting from icy Canberra for the winter we went to Ben and Ailie for a long term hiring deal. I cannot speak highly enough of the friendly and professional response we received. They couldn't do enough to accommodate our requirements. Great bikes, excellent service and absolute value for money. We will definitely be back!
