Rude team member on the door gave me a dirty look as I walked into the store. Most of the team members are lovely but this one young girl has the customer service skills of a old shoe. Frankly an old shoe would do a better job helping me find where things are. Young boys on the service desk are always helpful however, honestly they are the only reason I return to this store.

I give 2 stars for the guy at the door who was polite and professional. I give minus 3 stars for the rude girl at the checkout who acted as though the world had ended when she had to help us with a gift card that wouldn't swipe. Of course overall that minus 3 rests with K-Mart who has decided that customer service is no longer an expectation of its staff.

Tried ringing the tuggeranong store 3 times and no one answers, literally on the phone with it ringing for 10mins each time, never have I rang a store when no one answers, there is always plenty of staff wandering about but no one can answer a customers calls. Very poor, I rang Belconnen store and they answered in less than 2 mins.

I went to pick up my click and collect order this afternoon I noticed this guy was abit suspicious and it seemed he was following me. I alerted a staff member after a while she was clearly new and had no training in these sort of situations she took me to another team member and she had no idea what i was saying. She looked at me dumb and told me she didn't understand. Like I think I'm in danger or other people may be don't tell me you don't understand. But the other shop assistant that took me to her in the first place wasn't stepping in either. Luckily the manager came and found me and offered security to walk me to my car. Shoutout to her. But I think every shop assistant should be trained in these situations please.Not blaming this on Kmart just hope they have training in place for this.

Staff good but the customers are very there passing the rude comments by passing through and even didn't think first before saying things. Even though didn't understand the language but still ready to pass bad comments, giving advices without asking and main thing making the other peoples shopping experience worse.

Wanted an item which they had in secure cage apparently in overnight delivery. Female member rostered in returns, lay-by area took my name and number and quantity of the item I wanted for management to call me as they could only take the item out. Didn't receive the phone call from management as told, rang back to be informed that all the items had been sold to another person.

I picked up my Click and Collect item yesterday afternoon at my designated time 5.40pm 11 April 2022. Order #48994381. Main electrical part and cable missing, nil interior packaging. See the photo of what it looks like when I opened the box. I can't believe it. Completely unusable. Very disappointed.
