Ian responded to my request for quote the same day and came out within 2 days to provide a quote. The quality of communication and service was outstanding. More trade businesses in Canberra should take a leaf out of Ian's service. End product at my home in my office and cinema was great and extremely value for money.

Ian is absolutely amazing! From the point of the quote to installation he considered my needs, offering the product that was best for me, NOT the product that was most expensive!He assessed my property, & in consideration of my budget, offered honest advice about the windows which I could’ve got away *without* covering, as they did not come into direct contact with the sun, therefore if treated, wouldn't add much to heat reduction (my priority).Because of Ian's honesty, the incredible glare reduction, overall visual appeal, & the price tag, I opted to get all the windows done. For anyone else thinking of doing a few windows I'd recommend doing them all at once if you can. It will save you booking a second job a week later (which you will), & be cheaper overall!I'm stuck in my PJ's with a chronic illness that makes me swell up & go bright red, despite that Ian treated me with the same respect I would have received on the most well looking, best dressed days in my life.I cannot thank Ian enough!!! There was an appreciable difference to the temperature of the rooms WHILE the film was going on.I thought it was time for an upgrade to our air-con system (over $9k I could NOT afford). Thank goodness we found Ian & the Film Masters products first!!!Turns out the air-con works just fine when it has a house not constantly letting in heat. So I saved a heap of cash, and now also get largely the same benefit of double glazing, without the prize tag of that either!!TL;DR - If you *think* you need a new air conditioner, you & your pets can’t sit by the windows without getting burnt, you have a room makes you feel like you’re in a F.I.B interrogation scene when the sun hits, have thin curtains and need privacy, or always have the curtains closed in summer & are sick of living like a vampire just to keep the heat out, book Ian ASAP!You won’t look back, because you'll be able to look out your windows with comfort and privacy ALL day!I wish I could give 6 stars!

Ian was excellent to deal with. Nothing to difficult. Turned up when he said he would. We had tinting installed on the house windows. He offered us opportunities to visit other houses to see his work and compare tints. We are glad we did. Checked in with us regularly to ensure we were happy with the job. Recommended A+++
