I felt ripped off, I only needed to get my dogs script filled, same script for the last 9 years but was told I couldn't have it without a vet check up. She listened to his heart and took his temperature. Looked at his teeth and charged $89.00. What a disgrace, this used to be a really great practice.

I would like to send a big thankyou to Joan and all the staff at Murwillumbah Vet Clinic. I presented at the clinic for the first time with an emergency. Dr Joan and all the staff were extremely professional and the care given to my Dog and compassion towards myself could not be any better. Unfortunately, my elderly dog required further treatment a week later and I made the decision to drive the hour from my home on the Gold Coast so my beloved pet could receive the best treatment and care I could offer her, which was Murwillumbah Vet Clinic. Once again everyone at the clinic treated both my pet and myself with the utmost professionalism, compassion and understanding. I can't thank you enough for everything you did for the both of us.

Today was time to say goodbye to our darling old man Ben. We've been using Murwillumbah vet clinic services since 2014 and have always been amazed at the friendly and caring staff.A recent emergency with a dog really highlighted how good the team and service is.A prompt and caring initial consultation, continuous, clear communication before, during and after the surgery and thorough follow up for the duration of the recovery. They are faultless.I really can't praise the whole team any higher, from the receptionists, nurses through to the veterinarians, every staff member is caring and professional. I've always thought highly of them, but the response to this emergency really made me realise the excellence of this clinic.

And additionally any surgical procedures needed. We have been very grateful to have the team visit our facilities and audit In accordance with the requirements of our breeding organisation and New South Wales animal welfare code of practice.
