Matt came and fixed my leaking washing machine which flooded my bathroom and did so within 45 minutes of me calling for help! He was such a good sport too as I was in a bit of a panic! He has since helped me with many issues around my house and always given me the best price while being very professional. I feel comfortable having him in my home and I would recommend him to anyone with jobs big or small! Thanks Matt :)

Highly recommended. We initially had our blocked drain issue quoted for us by another company which came out extremely expensive but decided to go with Shield Plumbing and couldn’t be happier with their work. Excellent service and fair prices. David was very thorough, resourceful, quick and professional. Will not hesitate to contact them again whenever needed :)

I had a blocked shower and called up shield plumbing and trade. Matt came to my apartment and cleared the blockage. He also offered to service my taps as they were really hard to turn off. Highly Recommend.

I contacted Shield Plumbing and Trade to unblock the drain at my 91yr old mothers house. There were some serious roots and a break In the old pipes under the house. Matt was very professional and consulted with both my mum and myself the price to repair as it was a big job. I was very happy with Matts customer service and respect in making sure we knew the process and the price. Given the work completed the price was fair and I'm confident the problem is fixed. Spoke with Matt on Tuesday morning, and was given a reasonable timeline based on last minute notification. Then 3hrs later was told they could be out the very next day.David rang as promised an hour ahead, and was on time and listened to all my queries and ideas and provided clear insight on best practices and I happily approved fridge plumbing installation point on the spot.Coming from a building family, I appreciate prompt and reliable service and the team have it in spades. Thanks for the great work already team and will happily call you for the other jobs mentioned.
