Absolutely brilliant service. Car battery died during lockdown. I still needed it to get to work. Had what i needed in stock all done over the phone and delivered locally within 10 minutes. How's that for service.

Appalling customer service. Staff and owner are rude, stand-offish and discriminatory. They have had various complaints of verbal abuse and threats from multiple people, myself included, wherein they make weak attempts to shift the blame onto the customer rather than attempting to solve the problem. Better to go elsewhere like Gawler than be met with such disrespect and childish behaviour. Unacceptable.
