Told my script would take 20 minutes and they lost my script. Couldn't understand what I was saying never going there again

Last time we used this Chemist my Husband ended up with a ladies medicines and not his own. This time they only filled 4 out of 8 scripts after we decided to give them another go. Very poor English so they couldn't understand what I was asking. Was told they have a new Pharmacist so that's why we were missing medication. The guy being served next to me was telling the staff member with his last scripts they gave him 8 tablets that he had no script for. This Pharmacy is playing with people's lives and need staff that know what they are doing.

The staff are SLOW, RUDE,and YELL your personal details I was embarrassed I have made a complaint to the department of health, I would rather go elsewhere

Rude pharmacists to customers and staff. Walked in to buy some things and the first thing I saw was one of the pharmacists yelling at staff to work faster when they already seemed very busy and overwhelmed. I made eyecontact with the pharmacist but she didn't greet me or ask if I needed a hand, just walked off.The girl that served me was very nice but seemed flustered and looked like she was about to cry

Patronizing, demeaning, condescending. Never have I ever been treated so poorly and been so embarrassed over the way the pharmacist spoke down to me, and breaching privacy and confidentiality by shouting my personal details across the store in front other patrons. I will be reporting to Health Complaints Commission
