Blokes can't wrap or stack if there life depended on it they are always speeding around on the forklift absolutely no care for anyone else around then worksafe will be the next call

I am a former Team Leader in a well known company that Rivalled 3PC, they were booted off the job site as they were incompetent at their job and our company took over. This company is run by incompetent youth with little to no experience, I highly suggest keeping clear (A warning to business's wanting to hire them and also workers) , there are much better container unloading companies out there.

Been apart of the 3PC company for over 3 months now and has been a pleasure to be apart of the team! Very professional and opportunity to grow within the company. Highly recommend.

I would recommend 3PC with a closed eye, it is the best company I have worked for and currently work.When I started working a long time ago I didn't have much experience, but they trained me, trained me and gave me everything I needed to become a great worker and I love what I do, they have always been there for me, giving me their support and making me a better worker every day.Over time I have had the opportunity to move forward and progress significantly and I will always be grateful to each of my bosses for everything they have done for me and with my co-workers, because here we are all one family.

Every Job I've applied for through this agency for forklift driving no matter what shift, I always don't make it through to the next step , has me questioning why ?, with 35 plus forklift experience? Is it my age ? Do these jobs exist? Employers shoukd cut out these middle men and go back to doing job interviews..

3PC is the best company I have worked for so far. It provides its employees with job stability, cares about the well-being of all its people and guarantees the satisfaction of its employees in the workplace. 3PC gives to its employees the opportunity to perform leadership activities, assigning responsibilities and allowing them to grow within the company. Despite carrying out the work on site, the management team is always closed and aware of the entire operation, and it is open to provide support if necessary.In these times of COVID, despite the difficult circumstances that have taken place, they have looked for a way to give their employees work. One of the things that I most admire about the company is the multiculturalism and respect among the members of the organization.I greatly appreciate the opportunity to be part of a company like this, I hope many people could join this company and have this positive experience.

I really liked working here while I was here for almost 2 years, but I am glad I left, don't think I could've kept it up for much longer.This place is a great deal if you're looking to earn a bit extra at uni like I was, it's even better when you have a good crew to work with. Faces change day by day so you meet alot of different people but some stay the same.

Going on 7 years working at 3PC and I have really enjoyed my time with the company. Been given some great opportunities working with an awesome crew. One of the few companies left where the harder you work the more you earn.

If there is anyone who is self-motivated, efficient and a team player, I would recommend you to join the 3PC. I am based in Melbourne and I was well looked after by this company!It has been 3 years that I am with 3PC, and my wage was paid fairly. Basically, if you are a fast learner and well organized person (or your team is) and complete the job as expected, you won’t have any problem to get paid!Overall, many opportunities and friendly environment to work for!
