Very rude. As soon as you start to negotiate they roll their eyesEdit for the owner: not sure where you are getting your 5 stars review. Tried to sell my ring. “I don’t know why you would pay so much money for a ring” that was your staff’s opening sentence. I get the selling technique but it’s a bit outdated. Throughout the conversation, I could sense he was getting agitated purely because it didn’t go his way. “You’re not even listening to me” well how about I am entitled to refuse a transaction if I think the offered bid is too low? Overall a very bad experience. Shops around offered the same price but at least the attitude was more polite or at least they tried to show some decency / respect
