I’ve had a few good massages here before, but it’s luck of the draw. After spending an hour getting a deep tissue massage that was more of a polite gentle massage, you need to be clear about firmness.

I feel like this place has received allot of negative reviews which are probably unjustified or unreasonable.I’ve tried WM Massage and Zens Massage in Broadmeadows Shopping Centre and I personally believe that Body & Balance are the best one in Broadmeadows Central.May was very polite and very professional, she did a wonderful job of my Deep Tissue Massage.The clinic was very clean and professional and I appreciate the fact that clinicians aren’t having conversations with each other through the curtains whilst doing your massage like they do elsewhere.Thank you very much May!

I absolutely love body and balance massage in Broadmeadows. Whenever I have upper back, shoulder, lower back pain or neck pain, I call to book an appointment or I show up as a walk in. I highly recommend massage therapist C. Shaul and the type of massage I opt for every time, is deep tissue massage, always, as that’s the only one that relieves my pain.

Rubbish Massage place waste of time and money..what ripp of place, can’t understand what they talk in chinese language and Do.kindly don’t visit this place untill you know what they doing..i prefer thai massage no 1 this place is ripp need to shut down asap.!

A really bad experience, I will not be returning. I asked for head, neck and shoulders and was ushered to a chair by a man who was quite rough. I sat down and he asked me what I wanted and I said head, neck and shoulders. He started massaging me. It was really bad. Just sort of rubbing around, not working on anything in particular. He then asked me again what I wanted and I said head, neck and shoulders again. He laughed at me and said there was no time for head. He kept bumping his crutch into my back and arms (I have had many massages and never had this happen so much). The massage was overly poor and the service was shocking.
