I want to give a special thanks to Lucas and Greg for Catering my mothers 50th. It was refreshing to see the inspiration behind the product and the service to match. You both rocked!!I am sure to put out the word that Caterology is my first and only choice for a Catering company.

I was having a pig roast for my wife's birthday. It was a casual affair with approximately 20 guests. As I am a trained chef I had no need for food preparation, but require side dishes and service assistance. Greg was fantastic about assisting. He arrived on time with the requested salads and roast vegetables. He then proceeded to go above and beyond in helping with the set up of buffet, bar area and service assistance as my guests arrived. He butlered wine, beer and made sure the birthday girl was the focus of attention. after everyone's arrival he took the initiative too proceed into a cocktail hour while the pig roast finished. He then again took the initiative to clear and ready the table and buffet for the meal. While my guests made their way through the dinner buffet Greg busied himself refreshing drinks and making mock-tails for the kids and clearing up. After dinner Greg assisted in clearing cleaning and even loaded and started the dishwasher. He called for a last round of drinks and cocktails before he was scheduled to leave and offered to extend his shift with us if we required, we did. So with an additional hour of excellent bar service Greg excused himself. My wife's birthday party was an unequivocal success due to the efforts of Caterology and Greg. I can't thank him enough, and would wholeheartedly recommend their business for any event large and small.

I had the pleasure of attending a conference in the Hunter Valley catered for by Caterology recently. Not only was their food incredible, but their professionalism and service blew me away. The quality of the lunch was really great and looked visually pleasing as well as being delicious. Would highly recommend.

We held a conference recently in the Hunter Valley with Caterology providing catering for the cocktail party and both lunch & dinner. We were delighted with the quality of the food & the beverage choice was excellent. Well Done.
