Vista Real Estate has been managing my property for the last 3 years. Whenever there was an issue they have always been quick to respond and promptly resolve it. They have recently upgraded their property portal to PropertyMe software which is easy to use and follow to keep abreast of your property portfolio. They are based in Canley Vale and opposite the railway station which is very convenient.

Terrible service , we asked them to evict the tenant in April, they kept saying tenants are trying to find another property and don’t wanna to vacate our property. As per fair trading they are the agents they could have taken further actions to get them out. The agent didn’t follow through with this request until October when they sent the eviction notice and they didn’t leave until after we sold the house in November the tenants were impacting our settlement date. Stand clear of this agent, the tenant also hasn’t been paying electricity and water properly! The agents has also been avoiding our calls, very unprofessional I would give 0 stars if I could cause we made a loss on this property
