Was cancelled on twice in two days. An hour before the booking on the second time. Two separate excuses used. Was promised a refund had been sent back to me for the service I paid for which was not completed. Only to still be waiting on said refund two weeks later and no response to my messages as to when I can expect it. Absolutely disgusting service. I just want my refund for a service you could not provide.Edit: I have not yet received my refund I was promised in February. This is now June. I would not recommend this company to anybody. They do not respond to messages or give refunds.

Natalie is so professional with what she does. She was so gentle and made sure to keep checking on me if I was happy with my lashes. I would 100 % recommend this place to anyone looking to get lashes.

I had my eyelashes done yesterday! I was completely turned away from lashes due to previous experience and let me tell you lash and beauty house cessnock made me love lashes again. It’s very comfortable and welcoming. You even get a super cute lash brush definitely will return! If you are looking for a wonderful lash experience I recommend this place 100%! My natural lashes weren’t effected either!

Went here today for the first time to get a spray tan. The atmosphere was amazing, the girls were welcoming and as a big girl who feels self conscious at times I felt so at ease thanks to Nat who did my amazing tan, colour is beautiful and I feel so good in my skin right now. So thanks again Nat u made my day.Would highly recommend to go here, deserves more then 5 stars
