Maybe if the white blonde girl and the asian girl stopped talking and did their job, they would've known I already ordered, paid, and wanted the wrap toasted, instead of looking at me like I wasn't a paying customer.

Regular franchise coffee which wasn’t bad but the service was a little slow. Although when you got to counter the slow service soon become fast. This happened a couple of times and it’s a shame because I’m there weekly. Hopefully my next visit won’t be my last there. Cheers to the coffee.

The staff did not allow me to use my welcome offer and birthday voucher, claiming that the offer did not show up in their system. Went to another store and it showed up. In addition, their attitude wasn't friendly at all.

I came here often and most of the time were happy with the service. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service this morning. There were at least five to six staff on the floor and approx 3 customers, not busy at all. I ordered a small flat white and the staff that served me (indian decent) was abrupt and impatient in taking my order. It was unpleasant and disappointing!

So I just asked for a Caesar salad. There were two full trays of salad and one empty one with just leaves no toppings. The server would only use the empty tray to fill my container. I said I understand it might be your policy to empty one full tray first but you can clearly see there is only lettuce left. Can you please take some topping from the other tray. She literally picked up one crouton and 2 slices of boiled egg. That was it. I asked her if she was serious?! I asked 2 more times for more topping and she reluctantly put a few more slices of egg and some chicken. I should have told her to put it back and walked away…… use your brains guys!

I should have read the reviews before buying it, as the issue I had has been consistent with this store. I order a schnitzel and pasta salad, with three pieces of chicken, and the pasta undercooked. I order together with the halloumi and kale salad, to get a much smaller portion of halloumi and salad in comparison to the pasta. I think Soul Origin should start taking into consideration the Google reviews and stop asking customer to go to their website. Def not coming back here

Food was good quality but overpriced for sure. They were nice and also offered an insentive card for customers with a free coffee after 3 or so visits. Shop was well lit but atmosphere was a bit dull.

Bought Chicken Corn soup it was not to my like too sweet and been thicken up with starch. Not much of a wholemeal soup not enough chicken or corn it's like opening a can of soup . The other soup I bought was Smoke Bacon with Split Peas again this was not any different although I like this one more. Over all i wouldn't consider going anywhere near those soups as they are like out of a can. Both were served with wholemeal buttered roll.
