Living in Melbourne for 10 years and have experienced every pizza restaurant in the city. There are many good places…. But this is the best. Lovely staff are always pleasant, food Always fresh, recommend the Sopressa!!!

Outstanding, original pizzas. Daniel, Izzy and the rest of the staff run a tight ship producing superb and authentic Calabrian-inspired food.Pizza from anywhere else is a disappointment after going to Boss.

The ordering experience was a little awkward but OH MY GOD, THE FOOD.I would marry the quattro formaggi if it was legal. This hand crafted divinity comes with a mix of stringy and sharp cheeses and a pillow soft textured crust. The burnt bubbles elevate the experience, I promise. There's also leaves of basil to cut through the saltiness. It was made with some serious love.And bring friends, the pizzas only come in one size, huge!

Fantastic pizza and friendly service! Boss Pizzeria is clearly a hit with the locals. On a busy Friday night enjoyed the outdoor setting and great food. The baked ricotta was very tasty especially when combined with the olives & caramelised onions. The pizzas were absolutely sublime, especially The Boss and the Doppio. Don't forget to add their house made chili oil for some kick and save room for the homemade Italian donuts. The custard was phenomenal. Especially loved the coffee for two made the traditional way. I also want to thank the team for the extra special treatment on this special occassion. A fantastic night and we look forward to returning soon!

This place is something special! Quality food, great cosy atmosphere and some of the best tasting wood oven pizzas and desserts I’ve had in a long time. Menu options are fantastic and adventurous. But the thing that really sets this place apart is the lovely couple who own it. They are personable and interactive with guests, making it feel like you’re enjoying a meal in their home whilst enjoying quality Italian food! You can tell there is something different about this place and the owners - you need to visit. Highly recommend!!

Hidden gems serving wood fire pizza with quality ingridents. Pizza base is thin and crispy. Ingredients are awesomely fresh. Rocket leafs salad with feta are delightfully fulfilling. Sweet donuts with vanilla bean custard are to crave. Tiny place with less than 20 seats indoor and 20 seats outdoor. Recommend booking a table to avoid disappointment.

The best pizza I have ever had and truly wonderful service! I wish I took a photo of our dinner this evening, but it was so delicious we didn’t even think to snap a picture.It is also great to see so many great (and varied) vegetarian options! I felt spoiled for choice.

One of the best pizzas I've tried in the area. Absolutely would recommend. The pizzas are flavoursome and it's easy to tell they use high quality ingredients. The staff are also really nice and friendly. Will visit again for sure.
