I would advise clients to be very careful when it comes to vacating the National storage units. I was confused about the one weeks notice plastered all over and on my agreement. I was one day late vacating and they took from my cc a full month plus insurance! When I asked for a refund they said “I didn’t qualify!The upshot is they appear nice but greed is all they are about!.Please noteI advised the staff a week before that I would struggleTo vacate by the 28 (due date)(actually made it on the 29th) but it made no difference the charged my cc a full month plus the compulsory insurance and refused my request to pro rata it eg one day or one week!Management should give them a bonus for being so savage and having zero humanity!

I arrived just after the office closed having been told the wrong time on the 1800 number. I had taken time off work to get there and didn't have another time I could do the paperwork before needing to store things on the Sunday. Dale was driving out on her way home but came back in, opened up the office and spent over 30 minutes sorting everything out for me and showing me the facility. She didn't get away till an hour after closing and couldn't have been more supportive or helpful. Thank you Dale for supporting a very stressed and slightly emotional customer when they needed a bit of TLC. Great customer service

They're not price competitive, and I found their strategy of finding out how much I wanted to spend to be a little greasy. Just tell me your price, and don't try to make even more money off me. Getting a quote out of them was a lot harder than it should have been.
