FixBox Phone Repairs Dunsborough

Terrible, broke my screen on Christmas and got it back 3 weeks later however the LED in the screen was still broken and purple light kept flickering so I brought it back and they said they'd re-repair it for me. After a month of waiting I called them up again and they said they had only just ordered the part for it and came up with some rubbish excuses for why it took so long so I told them to contact me as soon as the part was in. Another month later and I still hadn't heard from then so I came in again and they said the part still hadn't arrived. Another 2 weeks later I came in again, only this time they tried blaming the broken LED screen on me instead of their faulty repairs to make me pay in full for a second time, even after they said they would re-repair it for free. I still had to wait until mid-March to get my phone back and pay an extra $100 for a mistake they made. Never going to use them for repairs again.

I dropped my phone into the sea and walked in feeling hopeless thinking I'd lost 6 months worth of pics. ?Darren opened my phone up and sorted it there and then and now it's working perfectly again. And he didn't even charge me because he said it was such a quick job.Thank you so much for the most amazing service I am so so grateful!!

Ryan at FitxBox is a phone genius and an absolute gem of a human. My dad passed away a week ago and my 70-year-old mother had an iPhone with all sorts of issues, including no Apple ID of her own, messages not coming through and a dying battery. We were able to take both my parents phones into the shop and save all of my dads photos off his phone and get all her phone numbers and information sorted. It's such a deeply distressing time when we are all grieving and trying to sort out the next chapter of our lives. Ryan was wonderful to my Mum and to myself. His pricing was beyond reasonable- we consumed so much of his time. He was empathetic, efficient, professional, he communicated in a way that was understandable for my not-so-tech-savvy Mum and he saved her (and me) so much time and stress. in addition I saw a steady stream of elderly clients coming in with simple issues and Ryan sorted everything for everyone. This really impressed on both Mum and I. He's a very ethical small business owner. His efforts are hugely appreciated and have alleviated a large amount of stress from my Mums shoulders. Thanks Ryan, really very grateful for your efforts.

what can I say about Ryan and his service he provided me over the past couple of weeks? Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, workable, accomodating and on top of all that, a bloody good bloke. You can't go wrong calling in to see him, even if you just steal some of his free lollies. Daz.

Ryan replaced my iPhone 6 + screen today at a price I felt was really competitive. I was truely delighted when he said it would be ready in 30 mins. I was so delighted with the service and price that I shouted him a coffee from “hot chocolate” (superb coffee btw) from around the corner. I thoroughly recommend this business.
