Extremely rude to me when I was looking to buy. I made very courteous enquiries and was met with aggression. Tony told me to stay away from his listings and not to look if I didn't understand the market. I did understand the market.I got sent an apology email but it was more defensive than anything else and it appeared to me to be designed entirely to avoid a complaint.From a seller's perspective, just be careful because I had a very reasonable budget but was not willing to deal with someone who told me not to deal with them.

I have used their property management service for more than a year and so far happy with the service. I guess in the long term when the property starts aging or when dealing with more tenants I will learn more about the quality of other aspects of their services and will update if needed :)
