Slow as! Don't bother if you are urgent!Called 2 days ago for a sliding door repair, they said yeah yeah yeah they will come, and said David or Dave will contact me. Until now, still nothing.Look somewhere else if you are urgent or you need a repair quickly. Otherwise they will leave you high and dry.

I called Glen on Monday, and he came onsite and provided a quote on Tuesday. On Wednesday, we had a new motor replaced. The service was fast and efficient, and the price was reasonable. We will definitely call him again in the future. Good job, Glen!

Integrity is something that they don't have. The female answering the phone couldn't care less. I have two 3650x2700 doors that do not slide properly, but because I am private and not a business, they are not interested in fixing them. Business must be good.

Managed to knock the roller door off its tracks, rang IDE and spoke with Michele and Dave, sent through a few photos of the problem and Dave called me back advising what I needed to do. No need for someone to come although I was expecting someone would have to. Awesome support from both Dave and Michele, will definitely be adding IDE to my recommend list when talking to friends and family, thanks for your help guys.
