I was very impressed and delighted with the wonderful service from the Petal Sisters. I ordered these flowers on a Wednesday afternoon and they got delivered (for free) on the Thursday. There was a problem with the discount code and one of the ladies picked up the phone and refunded me the discount immediately - so quick! I think the bouquets are reaosnable priced and they are just goregously made - apparently very fragrant too. Thank you! Will be using again and recommending to my family and friends on the coast.

Great flower arrangements. Have bought from here many times. Would be easy five stars except I've tried to call and visit more than once over this Friday and Saturday during advertised opening hours and everything is closed and locked up. Not sure what the issue is - understandably, they were closed on the Thursday public holiday.

My friend surprised me with a beautiful bunch of flowers today after a very hard few weeks. They're the most incredible bunch I've ever received, they're so beautiful they don't even look real, they look like a painting. They made me feel so loved, appreciated and cared for. They definitely brighten my entire day and even so month!!! SUCH an awesome team at The Petal Sisters. Bless you!!

I can't rate this company high enough. I am in Victoria and the lovely 'Joey' gave me the best customer service I have ever had. I explained that my friend was having treatment in hospital until 11am and she arranged for their delivery driver to come in early and deliver them for me. I mentioned that I had tried to purchase some scones for my friend and didn't know how to from Melbourne and Joey did this for me at no extra cost. My friend was so happy to receive these beautiful flowers and scones. Everything was presented so beautifully.I was notified as soon as they were delivered and I was sent a beautiful photo. Today was such a happy day for my friend and I. She can't have anyone with her in hospital while there are COVOID restrictions so this made her day. I will definitely use them again. I just wish I lived in NSW to order myself some. Thanks Joey AAA+
