The massage is a quality service. The lady knows how to find all the sore muscles. This is just not a rub over the back, she knows how to work your sore muscles and pay attention to those areas that are sore. I've been to a lot of places looking for a quality massage to help work my sore back muscles.She does a firm and a medium pressure massage to your liking.

This business is absolutely hopeless. I attempted to make 2 bookings over the phone and both times they were taken incorrectly and booked for the wrong day.On the first occasion, I received a massage that was unpleasant and unprofessional. I believe I was treated by someone who wasn't qualified (the receptionist), simply so they wouldn't lose the sale (because I said I couldn't come back in an hour - even though I had a booking).I only went back a second time because I had a voucher. Given my past experience, I was EXTREMELY clear about making my booking however when I showed up they didn't have the appointment, and again asked me to wait. I left and was luckily able to get a refund for the voucher through Living Social.

I work 10 hour days and do 2 hour weights and cardio 5 - 6 days a week. When my body is sore from training or I'm just tired I go and see Natalie for a massage. Natalie's passion and professionalism shines over anyone else I have ever experienced. I have had massages all over Australia where I have worked and trained and Natali's massages especially targeting the sore areas is a class above anywhere I have ever been. I had a hot stone massage last night with Joey and it was marvellous! I came in tired and aching and came out brand new! She knew what she was doing. The place is sweet, clean and smells relaxing! I will come back to this place next fortnight.

I had a wonderful Thai massage experience. It was one of the best Thai massage I ever had. A massage therapist kusma gave a very relaxing massage, she really had some brilliant techniques. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience, been having trouble with mobility and the lady was amazing, she knows so much about the body and is in my opinion miles ahead of any other massage therapist in queanbeyan, also putting in the extra effort to better help the individual as not many would do. 10/10
