After doing quite a bit of research, looking for a scooter for my wife, we stumbled across SYM. Being a bike rider myself, I was reluctant at first about this Taiwanese brand. I was pleasantly surprised on first inspection, awesome, sporty looking bike, and then after a test ride, I was sold! Very solid feel on the road, great pick up and good cruising speed. After talking to Holly from MSW, was very confident that this long standing family business, would look after us well after our purchase. I highly recommend this scooter, and enjoy bombing around on it myself!!

Great place to get spare Parts. I orderd a wind shield for my SYM 400 i(2013).The Service/Postage/Price was great. I ;( 68 Y ) have a few Scooters and the genuine wind shield was 1/2 price against my Burgman 650.( 645.-) I recomened Melbourne Scooter Warehouse.

Had the need to get a scooter and decided to go to Scoota warehouse as it wasn’t too far away.That had a little 200cc unit which suited what I needed it for and for a price I was happy with, Hollie was great with getting it all organised to pick up 2 days later. Couldn’t have been easier and Hollie couldn’t do enough to make sure it all went smoothly. The scooter goes well and is a little ripper. No hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
