Was charged twice for something I had already payed for went to drive off was yelled at over the speaker and attended wouldn't listen that I'd already payed payed again then it finally sunk in to him that he just made me pay for another person's stuff but listen to your customer who has a image of it being paid in her banking app. Now how to get my refund? No answer to store phone

Caltex Starmart is located about 2 minutes away from the Old Windsor Road.On my visit, this was neat and tidy.Wished that the staff had advised that there is a surcharge on paying with Amex cards. After transaction, realised through the receipt that there was a surcharge. The EFTPOS machine, also did not propmt that there was to be a surcharge.There was a sign about this, but was not kept alongside the EFTPOS terminal, but more down the counter.And I was told that tge transaction could not be reversed. Left with a sore experience.

Went at 12:45am just to buy some milk. The store attendant was rude and argumentative, saying he wouldn’t let me in. He completely disregarded the sign on the door (which I pointed out to him) stating “open 24 hours. Attendant will manually open doors between 10pm and 5am”. So much fuss for nothing.

Signs everywhere saying woolworths reward discounts. staff told me I had none on my account. I come home and check. I have 16 vouchers!!!! do not advertise if you won’t take them!!!!!
