Decorative metal panels from Heritage Ceilings

We were SO happy with the service Jean provided when we purchased our metal panels. I rang Jean to ask her some questions prior to placing the order.... she was very friendly and so knowledgeable. We placed the order the day she was going on holidays and she made sure she got our order out before she left......I was so impressed that she took the time to make sure our order was processed.....this made all the difference to us getting our kitchen finished on time. After placing the order the panels arrived within two days.......we found the Heritage ceilings website very comprehensive and answered all our questions in regards to cutting and fitting the panels. We were very impressed with the product, delivery and customer service. Would recommend this company to everyone..very very happy customers here!!!

She is one of the most helpful and easiest-to-deal-with professionals in the interior design and building industries I have ever come across. In my job as a freelance journalist focusing on interior design, renovating and building topics, I meet people in these fields all the time, but Jean blew me away with her obvious first-hand expertise, fantastic client service and sincere passion for her products. Jean was our choice for pressed metal panels (in the Magnolia pattern) to create a bedhead, and with her reputation as THE go-to person for pressed metal in Australia, we didn't even consider any other companies. Outstanding service. I researched panels I was after and found a lot of good information on the website. Contacted Jean via email on the Monday got a response the same day. I paid for product Tuesday and goods were shipped Wednesday from QLD and I received them on Thursday in Newcastle NSW. Jean advised me several times via email what was happening and I couldn't be more happier with the service I received. Wish there were more companies out there as easy to deal with. Can't wait to install our panels and I love the fact that they are already primed ready for painting.

I have for years adored pressed metal, so when I bought a house I needed to renovate, the one thing I really wanted was pressed metal panels for my kitchen splash back.I hunted around and eventually found Jean at Heritage Ceilings. She was so informative and helpful, and easily answered any concerns I had. My order was reasonably priced, and arrived so quickly.When I eventually had it installed, I was absolutely thrilled with the result & loved the silver so much I ended up painting a clear protective coat rather than the paint I had initially planned.The most difficult part of the process was picking my favorite design out of the huge variety available.I even have an extra sheet I’m planning to use as a feature outside when I finally paint the exterior.Thanks again Jean for your amazing service.
