Excellent overall service. Followed up and managed everything until all furniture items were sold. So easy to deal with professionals like Jodie and Wayne and their furniture pick up staff. Would recommend this company and service to anyone wanting to send items to a new home/owners. They arrange both collection and sale of items and then deposit money into your account. Could not be easier to deal with anyone in the second hand furniture business and yes I had tried a few other companies before I found Mrs Secondhand. Thank you again and we really appreciated your comprehensive an friendly service.

This is a curated shop with high-quality, unique items ranging from new to vintage to antique. Jody knows her stock top to bottom, and is feisty and friendly. I bought a piece I have been seeking for a long time, Art Deco era, and had it delivered the same day. Mrs. Secondhand will definitely be my first stop next time I am looking for anything in furniture or housewares.

The guys at Mrs Secondhand are very professional and work fast to sell your stuff. I sold some furniture with them and was very happy with the whole experience. They communicate well. My furniture was sold quickly and the transaction for the sale was fast. Would definitely recommend them.

Offered to sell some good quality furniture and they just said no. No reason given. Too bad for the uni students etc who would have loved to get some good quality second hand furniture at a decent price.

Great store. Very well presented and reasonable prices. Careful there are so many things to see you can lose track of time. Ignore the last three reviews - obviously trolls.

I don't normally write reviews but this experience should get a mention. I initially found Jody and Wayne easy and accommodating. A minor hiccup in things saw me get a bit upset but Jody dealt with it quickly and efficiently.The bottom line is that things don't always go to plan, but it helps when the people you're dealing with are pro's. Also the quality of the products was as good as it's description.

I love this shop.I purchased a beautiful couch there and 2 hours later the couch is delivered to my home.Delivery guy Jake was even happy to help me move my old couch to make way for the new one.Consistent friendly & helpful service whenever I visit.Can't recommend enough.

I am absolutely in love with my new bar/cabinets and so so happy that I was able to enjoy them the very same day of purchase.
