I don’t normally write reviews because I think a business or individual should always complete satisfactorily the task or service they are being paid for, however, after a careless action on my part, my caravan sustained significant damage and threatened to derail our planned family holiday. Family members were joining us from interstate, three weeks caravan park fees were paid and my wife was keen to have a family holiday as she has serious health issues. Accident occurred on 26/10/22, all repairers I spoke to said they were unable to look at the job until March or thereabouts. I spoke to Neil at One Stop and explained my predicament to him and without hesitation he said, “We are very busy but under the circumstances we will squeeze you in.” Today I picked up my fully repaired van, new panels, window, checkerplating, awning etc. The van looks brand new again, complete with new decals. I am absolutely thrilled to recommend this company and Neil and Linda and staff for their outstanding service. Thank you very much guys for enabling us to have an important family holiday. You have all gone above and beyond normal service!

Great shop with heaps of supplies. Friendly and helpful vibe too. Buying stuff for caravans online can be tricky. I much prefer to go to a bricks and mortar store like this one so I can see the stuff I'm buying.Very much appreciate having this one close to home

Amazing service! We had a wheel sheer off and were stranded on the side of the road for five days. Phoned all around the country for parts and these guys were the only ones who had what we needed to get back on the road. They really helped us out with finding exactly what we needed and express shipped out straight to us. Thanks so much for your thorough and thoughtful service.

Over the past year I have purchased many items to keep my Caravan up to date and Safe, They have given me friendly advice and assistance every time . I don't need to go anywhere else.

I desperately needed an AL-KO tow ball ASAP but they didn’t have one in stock. As an interim solution, I purchase one from a different manufacturer which they allowed me to bring back & swap for the AL-KO one when stock finally arrived. They even fitted it for me as well. It’s rare to find great service like this that goes above & beyond!

Arrived at venue on time and was greeted by a friendly staff member, took our details helped park our van and told us expected completion time. Shortly received a call, van was ready and when we returned repair was explained. A thorough good customer service was provided. If you need help these are the guys.
