Handy service and delivered same day however it's a poor customer experience that there's no prices displayed until after you've submitted the order along with your payment details. Only after it's been processed at the chemist do you know what you've commited to. I don't doubt that they would resolve and disputes kindly enough but it's very off-putting to commit in this way.

I cannot rate the Pharmacist’s and Assistance’s high enough. Always happy, talkative & knowledgeable. I have been a regular here a few times a week for 4-5 years now. The service is next to none and Matt has done a fantastic job in making the dynamics of his team in Eatons Hill.

After my knee surgery and the fact I suffer with panic disorder/ADHD, I regularly see these guys up to 3 times a week for medications.They are kind, caring and understanding and have an extremely friendly and professional team of pharmacists and assistants.They have a vast range of medical products including food supplements, keto and make-up products.It is strange but I look forward to my tri weekly visits to the chemist here just to say G'day.If you are in the area and looking for a great chemist, friendly and professional service and very reasonable prices, look no further.100% recommend.

Sorry but I can't rate them more then 1 star as I have noticed they are constantly selling stuff which is so close to expiry date. They need to replace their old stock and get some fresh stock in with extended expiries on drugs & medicines. It's very frustrating! Usually you get at least a couple of years or more with the expiry dates but sadly that's not the case here.

Recently phoned to discuss a product at Eatons Hill Discount Chemist. The Pharmacist gave advice and was very helpful. He checked that both items were in stock before I drove to Eatons Hill.I arrived close to closing time and found Pharmacist and assistant very helpful and courteous even at the end of what was probably a busy day. Nice to have professional help so accessible in this centre.Highly recommend

I’ve been going to this chemist for 3 yearsIn the last 2 months I’ve been charged for medicineI’ve rung up when got home never have they return my call ,they no I’m a pensioner today it happened againPaid for a Covid-19’s test never got it today over charged me $8.15Please thing before you shop there, plus there prices are are way too much, , go to chemist warehouse save yourself $10-$15 easyOk so after a message from one off the staff members,this morning my opinion has changed, this person was willing to listen to my problems and work with me and come to help explain why what happened ,So what I’m saying is give them a go and explain what you’re looking for 10/10 for Communications I am responding to my issue

I met one of the new pharmacists today, and he was very helpful and was very passionate about helping me sort out my eczema issues. He recommended to me a few different products that I’ll definitely be trying out! He had a very happy vibe and I was very pleased with his efforts. Such a great team!

I have been using Eatons Hill Pharmacy for many years now,I am not an easy customer I would say as I am looking after my elderly mother and mother in law.It is very hard to keep old ladies happy with their medications and their demands.All pharmacists are amazing!!! Always happy to listen and help.Big thank you to Cassy, Jennie and Mathew for all their help and patience.Separate thank you to pharmacy assistants who always great me with a smile and make me feel welcome.Great job guys !!!

AJ has been my pharmacist since he worked in Adelaide, we also refer our clients to him.
