We have used Jamie and Mel for 2 projects now; in both cases the projects went well; they delivered what they said they would do in an efficient and courteous manner. They are superb value for money and look after the little things too - each day they hosed down the project area to ensure the place was clean and tidy. We organised an on-site meeting and from that very first meeting with Mel, we felt extremely confident with her advice, knowledge and her calm and friendly personality. We initially intended to just get a design concept, but Northshore Landscapes were very competitive with their quote and we ended up using them for most of the work. Jamie and Mel are true professionals who offer the complete landscaping package. We cannot recommend them highly enough. They worked within our budget to transform our backyard into an oasis. The project involved extensive earthworks and retaining to accommodate our new pool. There were many challenges ranging from limited site access to sewer lines. Mel came up with a great design and Jamie along with his team made it happen. Their customer service was excellent. Jamie kept me up to date with all aspects of the job. We will be using them again when we are ready to do our front yard. Thanks to Jamie, Mel, Caillin, Brennan & Jake we will be enjoying our new backyard/pool for many years.

We absolutely love our newly landscaped front garden! We knew from our first meeting with Jamie and then Melisa that Northshore would be the company we went with. Super friendly, very patient when we asked questions and obviously had a lot of experience. All the tradespeople were polite, and happy to explain the process too. Their work speaks for itself - everyone is stunned by our garden's transformation - and we are only too happy to recommend Northshore to anyone who asks.

From the first meeting with Doug, we knew his company was the one to create our landscaping renovation vision. He challenged some our ideas and offered better value, better outcome solutions, e.g. Travertine paving over decking. He also understood what our overall vision was and over the next 8 weeks, he and his team completely renovated our front and backyards to create a mostly Native wonderland for us, our family and the local birds! It's more than we could have imagined but exactly right for us! The change also included a new Exposed Aggregate Driveway and replacement and expansion of the existing Patio Structure. It's resulted in a large flat totally usable space for us and our family to enjoy for years to come. Christmas Day was extra special as we were able to have lunch in our new entertaining area with space to eat, relax, share happy moments and create beautiful family memories. The team were so professional, timely and friendly, they were great to work with. They were also, very responsive to additional ideas we had along the way. Our new pond is fabulous and already the birds have returned to enjoy the ambience of our space.Thank you Doug and Team! Highly recommend Northshore Landscaping. I needed to renovate my small outdoor area to allow my paraplegic son access to that area and the front of my house. Jamie understood from the outset what I was trying to achieve. Communication was very good and all those involved in the job were professional and friendly. The work looks amazing and I am so happy with the result. It is a pleasure for me to go outside now and my son will love being able to socialise in our outdoor area.

From the very beginning they provided an excellently detailed quote and were communicating very efficiently at every step of the way.
