I signed up for Rosie’s classes because (and take a look for yourself) there are very few affordable ongoing cake decorating classes in Canberra.So that is your number one reason you should join. Accessible and cheap.Number 2 is because she understands you’re busy with kids and life, (and your own meltdowns) so she records the classes so you can rewatch them at 3am when you finally have some time for yourself. It seriously makes me so happy when she is hosting a class and I can hear “MUM, SHE TOOK MY IPAD!!!” To which Rosie calmy turns and says “buddy, I’m on a call, let’s talk later”. If this isn’t 1000% relatable…Number 3 reason to join: if you have all the equipment at home you pay even less for your membership. Thank god all my money on “I’m going to teach myself” over the years is finally paying off. But if you don’t have the stuff, she tells you exactly what you need and exactly where to get it from.Number 4 reason to join: the community of people that encourage you, and in turn you will encourage is so safe and respectful. I just can’t even describe it.And finally, if nothing else applies: Rosie genuinely wants the best for you and to see you succeed. She shares your posts, she celebrates and congratulates you (as do her members), and supports you with all your questions along the way.All in all, I see myself being a member for life. Rosie made our wedding cakeIt was a chocolate mud cake, nutella buttercream, raspberry coulis and buttercream frosting.It was the best wedding cake I've ever tasted and it looked absolutely stunning, we loved the painted look with buttercream flowers.It was everything we wanted plus more.

Sensational cupcakes and quality - got some for my partners bday and forgot to review but after having a horrible cupcake today at a cafe I remembered I never said how good Rosie’s were! Love them and will be ordering again soon :)

Rosie is truely incredible. I have ordered from Rosie a few times and everything has been delicious. Not only is everything super yummy, Rosie is so very thoughtful and puts so much effort into her orders, including adding a sweet little surprise to an order for me when she found out I had a newborn.Because her cakes, cupcakes and cookies have always been so amazing, I signed up to her inspire bake create membership. She has taught me so much and given me the confidence to make pretty cakes, cookies and cupcakes, something I never thought I’d be able to make properly. As a mum, it’s been so special for me to be able to put together cake creations for my kids and loved ones. If you’re thinking about joining the membership, I HIGHLY recommend it. It’s so much fun and I’ve truely loved it.

I have been doing these classes with the subscription box. I love getting a box of great quality products to help me do the monthly workshops. I am getting better each time and have been really enjoying learning heaps of different decorating techniques.As a busy mum of two my favourite part it the replay of the live workshops. This is a great feature because I never miss out based on my availability. So if you are worried about commuting to live classes, don’t be as this has the perfect feature to make it fit into every lifestyle!Now I just wait for occasions so I have an excuse to bake and decorate for people! I highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Rosie’s Inspire Bake Create membership highly enough. Rosie is a very talented and very generous teacher. I can’t wait to receive my subscription box in the mail each month, then attend the class and learn how to use what’s in the box. It’s an awesome way to build up your cake decorating tool kit, with items that you actually need to create amazing cakes!
