If I was to sum up Guy's team at SHW in one word, it would be - Exceptional.What I say here I say as a former national project manager with very high expectations. I have lost the use of my hands due to a work injury and needed a solution for many things that people would not normally consider. The integrated system installed has been beyond expectation. The project Manager Nate always delivered on expectations, my changes were taken onboard and adjustments to the scope of works were completed without the normal grumble.We have now relocated to Melbourne for further health needs. At sale of our Sydney property the Smart system was the biggest attraction (besides my desogn style of course).Once we have bought a new apartment in Melbourne, I truely believe I would like SmartHomeWorks to project manager a local contractor down here because then I would be confident that I would know exactly what I would be getting; quality, service and a can-do attitude.CheersKenton
