ive had a few items repaired and serviced by colin and graham.the quality is very good and knowledgeable.I had a couple of small issues which, with some correspondance was sorted .very good work and quick turnaround.

The quality of the installation is good. However watching the fitting be put into place at Merewether high school on April 4 2018 there were multiple unsafe work practices involved in the process. The workers were on a ladder as high as 5 metres with no support or harness to keep them safe. The ladder was being propped up by an unsturdy looking spare part and the site was slightly unclean.

Not so hot in my experiences.I've worked in performance and pro audio related businesses for approx 40 years.Recently when hunting a part I was referred to this business ( I have had multiple dealings with them before over decades and I'll say none have ever been of mutual benefit" ).Called Custom Audio and was greeted by phone personnel VERY reluctant to transfer me to the specific person I was referred to ..in this instance that was Graham

Came highly recommended by a few of my friends so i took an old effects unit in to get fixed. They know their equipment, the work was professional and the service was friendly. Will definitely go there again.

FX loop wasnt working on my DV-Mark triple six amp. Dropped it in on Monday arvo, got a call Friday arvo that its fixed. Picked it up and its working like it should again. Very very happy - 5 stars.
