Find Your Feet

I don’t usually write reviews but I have to for this incredible shop! I bought an expensive bag online that needed to be posted. Unfortunately my local post office was broken into and it was stolen before I could pick it up. I got in contact with the shop to ask them to call the post help line so they could be hopefully be compensated and then eventually be able to refund me. They immediately sent me a new bag via express post and told me not to worry, they would deal with the compensation from AusPost later. I also emailed them multiple times with questions which they always answered immediately, no fuss and extremely friendly. Thank you so much Rowland and team, I love my bag! ☺️

Huge selection of outdoor clothing, great gear, and books showcasing Tasmania. I’ve visited twice in the last few weeks, spoken with different staff members and all have been willing to help and knowledgeable. Liam offered some fabulous recommendations for my upcoming trip which made for a very pleasant shopping experience.

In store and phone advice and service is amazing. They have a lot of experience on their products, and even provided amazing tailored advice and tips based on the hikes/adventures I mentioned I was doing. Also had one delivery lost in transit that they happily assisted with. Will continue to use Find your feet!
