Called from Brisbane and asked for a recommendation re ski visor helmet. The lady (sorry forgot her name...) was really helpful and able to tell me size expectation from varies brand.Also assured me that in worst case they are happy to return and swap/refund.

I had decided after consultations of a saleswoman for a winter jacket, in my opinion I was completely wrong adviced and was already on the way back home very disappointed by the jacket. Therefore, I decided to exchange the jacket (2 days ago)(I wore the jacket only on the way home). However, since the new jacket was cheaper, the difference could only be paid to me as a voucher, which is unsuitable for me as a backpacker. But the staff didn't care about that. My flight goes on in 2 weeks and I really do not need anything else. Then the seller said to me that I have chosen an expensive jacket and therefore do not get any money back. Nice that you are treated as a young person in some stores like a kindergarten child. For me never again.

I ordered my HEAD LYT130 ski boots late Thursday afternoon, and received them in Brisbane before lunch Monday. Thanks. These are the best performing and also the most comfortable ski boots I've ever had. The wider fit is really appreciated.

Charlie was very helpful in sorting good ski boots and socks for my dad that fit his feet very well. He was very knowledgeable and helped us out with the right gear for Dad’s needs. We also got a new ski jacket and gloves for him which were both very high quality. Great range of gear here.

This is how online shopping should be.After a bad experience with another Melbourne based discount seller I called the shop to check on stock and shipping time with only days before a trip to Japan. They answered right away and were clear and helpful on the process and timing.After placing the order i was updated with tracking details within the day and the shipping was overnight to Sydney, beating the estimate and my expectations.Snowboard was well packed and in perfect condition. I could not be happier and wish online shopping was always this good. Thanks so much!

Staff here are incredibly helpful and well equipped to answer any question u have. They have heaps of verity here! Fairly big store. Put aside some savings if ur planning to buy from here tho, they dont muck around with price, even their stuff on sale will make your eyes water!! Im one for quality stuff, but $800 for ONE jumper is insane

Basically got all my gear and my wife's gear from here. Only thing I didn't buy was the burton ak cyclic bib as they didn't have it in a medium, and my snowboard as they didn't have my size (bought my wife's though) so I bought from elsewhere. Really fast shipping on gear. Still waiting for the snowboard, but this was a preorder so I will update review if anything goes poorly

I thought it was a nice place to shop but they gave me different size of shoe on each foot… never had this in my life and now I have to go walk in snow with these shoes… I don’t even think I can get refunded cuz I have to use it tomorrow… and I paid over $170… I cannot believe this. I am very disappointed.
