The best massage spot I've tried! The staff are very friendly and professional. And the massage is always amazing!Only downside is that some people come in to socialise and have random shallow conversations out loud, which does unfortunately take away from the experience, as people are mainly there to relax and not to hear other people going on about nothing.It would be great if the managementintroduced a *Please keep quiet* policy..

I come here for massages regularly, have never had any issues with the staff or the massages. Not sure why some people complain about the massage being painful - the masseuses can't read mind, so if it's too painful or if a certain area is sensitive, it's ok to ask for lighter pressure or for the area to be avoided completely☀️

My favourite message.The owner John is highly qualified.and I am sure he has trained and set the standard for the staff.If you weren't good you wouldn't last. I've never been unsatisfied here. Parking in the shopping centre and lots of shots should you have to wait.Emily runs and coordinates the smooth running of both outlets in the centre.

My mother went there to get massage and ended up with two big bruises on her back. While getting the massage done she told the lady working there that it hurt but she told her that it was supposed to hurt. When confronted the next day with pictures of the bruising they said it wasn't there fault, but my mother's for having a weak body. For reference my mother has been getting massages done from various places to help with her disk pain for well over a decade. Would not recommend.
